We are pleased to offer the option of making an online payment on your account via our credit card processing merchant. KCPG collects this information for the sole purpose of passing it on to the payment processing web site and does not store any information entered here. If you would prefer, you may make a payment in person at our office, by mail or by telephone: 913-338-0400.
In order to make an online payment, you will need to have a valid credit card and must provide the patient’s name and account number (the account number can be found on statements you receive in the mail). We will also ask you to provide a daytime phone number so that we can contact you in case there are any questions. You may also optionally provide an email address. If you do provide an email address, you will receive a payment receipt emailed to the provided address. Otherwise you will have an opportunity to print the transaction receipt from your web browser.
We also provide a place where you can note any special instructions. If the patient has a balance with more than one provider in our office, you may note here which provider the payment should be applied to or if you would like the payment split between different providers (please tell us the provider name and amount to apply to each). If you would like to make a payment on more than one patient account (e.g. family members), please provide additional patient names (and account numbrs) and the amount to apply to each patient account.
